Poetry Salons & Creative Conversations Series
Our Poetry Salons and Creative Conversations Series happen monthly and feature emerging poets and artists who not only perform and share their work, but engage with the community about their creative process.
Creative Arts Intensives
Our Creative Arts Intensive Program is for middle and high school aged youth. Our first Creative Arts Intensive will be Summer 2017. This summer we will offer a poetry intensive taught by a professional poet.
Workshop sessions will explore current social justice issues, while giving historical context. Participants will study writers who have responded to injustice through their work. The intensive will end with a showcase for the community.
Our Langton Fellows program invites writers to apply to be a writer-in-residence with I, Too, Arts Collective. As part of their residency, they will have work space, teach a workshop for the community, and give a reading or lecture for the community. More information about this program will be available in Fall 2017.
